RETURN WINDOW
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. After notifying us, the item must be returned within the following 14 days.
RETURN CONDITIONS & COSTS
Please return the item securely and, where possible, in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
REFUNDS & ORDER ISSUES
Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. We may wait until the item or proof of return is received. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
